  They did a good job at rebuilding our engine/transom, but completely botched a hose fitting on the live well pump which nearly sank the boat. They never addressed this issue, nor even show up to look at as they said they were going to.
  Communication is poor, especially when it comes to pricing/labor costs. I'd recommend you write in a limit amount on the work order, or you could have sticker shock when the final bill comes. Also, personally check everything before leaving their shop! Spit and glue is a poor substitute for the right hardware, especially below the waterline. They should have known better. Will most likely use someone else next time.
