  I am so sorry that you had a negative experience interacting with my company. I will be looking into the matter and find out why things were not handled properly. I was unaware that this interaction took place and will take the proper action to ensure a customer is never treated this way again. This is not what I founded my company on. I thank you for your feedback, as we can use it to assure this doesn't happen again. As a company it is important to embrace both positive and negative aspects in dealing with customers to improve our customer service and keep our rating with the community the best it can possibly be.
